I'm in!! I've been looking for a new show to fill the huge huge Spooks gap so this'll be perfect. I'll hopefully see the first ep this week but won't post until after the 20th.

Don't forget tomorrow the 20th we kick off the Re-Watch with part 1 of ep1 The Lost Boys. If you live in the states Netflix has s1 streaming only. Amazon has it to rent as well for streaming. If you still can't get it hit the little message button that is next to the twitter icon under my name on here on the left and I'll help you out.

I've watched the series in its entirety at least four times. Love it. I like her hair both ways. Shorter always makes you look younger. I like her chemistry with Robson Green as well. Would like to see a reunion of this show.

Ok well you might want to watch the whole episode which is fine. I know some of the eps are divided up in 2 parts. LOST BOYS: A few fun things to note with this episode to start with. 1) Prof Henry was in 3.2 of Spooks which saw Tom's decommission. The actor played the Emperior in the new Star Wars films or as I call them 'crap Lucas re-wrote star wars ep1-3'. 2) Luther fans will recognize a familiar face DCI Ian Reed from s1 also had a short scene with Nicola at the end of ep4. Not to mention he was in Muppets Christmas Carol as nephew Fred . Great episode with a good intro to all the main characters. Love Nicola busting open the door with her shoulder. DI Taylor is soo far removed from Ruth. Even Cregien is far removed from Tony Hill (Green in Wire in the Blood). I think I can say I have watched this episode at least 4 times now and it seems each time I find something new. Other favorite moment just because it is a good giggle is when DI Taylor is reading the file in the men's toilet. Now that I have to say is the most interesting place to not want to be spotted reading a file!!

I'm really enjoying this show! One thing I love about Nicola is that she IS her characters, it's not "Nicola acting DI Taylor" like for example Tom Cruise (yuk) who will always be "Tom Cruise (yuk) acting whoever". Do you get me, or am I confusing you? ;-)
I'm not fond of cases where bad things happen to children so I almost didn't want to see this, but I'm glad I did anyway. This show has potential so I'll happily see the rest. Perhaps I'm the only one here who hasn't seen this before... I like her hair a bit longer but it's not too bad short. Good chemistry between Taylor and Cregien. I recognised Prof Henry from Spooks but I would never have made the connection to Star Wars. I'm happy to see Nicola on screen again (even if it's old) and glad I'm not thinking "Oh Ruth in short hair" =)

So I skipped ahead and watched S1, couldn't stay away. Although, it seems I'm the only one watching, so it doesn't matter though. Anyhoo, I love this show, it's quite dark as I suppose is appropriate when it's called Touching Evil. The charaters are interesting and easy to like. It's not very grafic when it comes to dead bodies (as opposed to shows like Bones (yuk)), but still manages to be gruesome. They manage to squeeze in some humor and that's always a positive. Can't wait to see S2.

Just watched ep 2 To Death and Back. Aside from me having to turn my head every time a needle was on this ep isn't bad at all. I like the little moments between Gregian and Taylor. Also they are developing their characters better. Love the moment when Taylor is at the guy's house says 'ok' turns around and lets them bust in the door. Perfect delivery from Nicola. There are moments in this ep where Robson reminds me of his role in Wire in the Blood.

I'm so glad I got to finally watch this series! It's really great. Cregian and Taylor remind me so much of Mulder and Scully in X-Files (one of my past favorite shows). And I can sense some chemistry going on between the two, which I love. What can I say except I'm a sucker for a good office romance. The plot was very good. Though i must admit I was terrified in the opening scene when there was the shot of the boy on the playground. The mother in me was screaming! I never do well with kidnapping episodes. Thankfully the boys were okay in the end. I like that Cregian is out there. And I don't want to do a whole comparison to Mulder but I can't help it. He's a lot like Mulder in his beliefs and his ways of working. All the makings of an eccentric and interesting character. And I already love Taylor. She's strong, smart and won't take Cregian's crap. But also supportive in a way. They're a good match. I'm excited to see how things develop in the next few episodes.

I read in some article that it's quite common to compare Creegan and Taylor to Mulder and Scully (X-files was a huge tv-obsession for me back in the days ) and I can agree. I don't know if I would say Creegan is "out there" in the same way as Mulder was though. I mean, Mulder was eccentric in his beliefs and methods, but I would say Creegan is more traumatised than weird. I think Creegan is more obsessed with his work, Mulder made his obsession his work, if you understand what I mean. I do like their chemistry and I would like to see that develop. Why is it that as soon as you have a man and a woman working together in a show, you want them to get it on? I get I'm a bick sucker for office romance too =) Totally off topic, but have you seen the show Standoff? It aired a couple of years ago and went past the "will they, won't they" and the show started off with the characters already together. I rather liked that show!

This episode was a little creepy. The episode was so long that I know I'll talk about things out of order. And aplogises for misspelled/wrong names. Nicola wasn't in this ep nearly enough. i hope in the next series she is in it more. I know RG is the main character but NW is the next main. I want to see more of a storyline for her and not just as Cregain's parnter. She's already a great character i just want more of her; what does she do on weekends, is she dating anyone..etc. I knew there was a bomb in the house. wire attacted to the wall was a dead givaway. I was worried that Jonathan was going to get blown up, then I remembered that this wasn't Spooks. Very sad about his situation. I didn't see his confession coming about Hinks at all. The teenagers actors did great. I didn't like the whole cult feeling to it though. *heebie geebies* And I was quite confused in the end when Justine started to chase Leonard. It was weird. Took me a moment to process it all. Whatever. But the Justine character was really GOOD! She kinda freaked me out. Great acting. They never resolved the 4th teenager. So he gets away with it. Also, the kid that played Vince was Wolf in 'Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves'. (seen that movie so many times...unhealthy crush on Christian Slater ) I knew I recognised him. Also, when the backpack came rolling down the hill I thought it was Vince! I blame poor picture quality on my netflix and watching the tiny screen on my iphone. So overall it was a good watch.

Very frustrated with Netflix! They only have the first Series of TE even though the other 2 are listed they don't actually have them! GRRRR! I was hoping to watch more of this great show. *annoyed*
