I assume Nicola is right handed but in several roles she is seen wearing her watch on her right arm, I was wondering if anyone knew why

Perhaps she just prefers it that way, I don't know. I'm right handed too, and I wear my watch on my right wrist as well

I'm right handed and wear my watch on the left. I used to wear it on the right. Good question overall as to why this is done if you think about it.

Wearing it on the left makes it very easy to wind ( I still have an old fashioned one)

I'm pretty sure she's right handed. She writes with her right in Spooks... I used to wear my watch on the left because it was easier to put on and off (i'm right handed). Now I have a pocket watch instead. So maybe she just finds it easier that way. I wouldn't be surprised.

So I'll try to post a screen cap later to show how far back this goes. Anyway I was watching Touching Evil s3ep1 happened to notice Nicola wearing a watch on the right wrist. you can spot it as well in Chalk see the thread with the caps I posted. So this must be a personal choice for her and has nothing to do with characters she has played. Some times the costume designer will have these small details about characters. Interesting to note that is never the case it seems for Nicola's characters.
