I found this BBC radio play called Neuromancer with Nicola in it! This is an adaptation from 2003. I don't know if anyone knew about this - It's not mentioned in the audio guide on the Nicola Walker fansite. You can listen to it here: bluesuncorp.co.uk/article/neuromancer-bbc-radio-play

I'm listening to this right now, but I'm afraid I don't find it very interesting. Nicola's American accent isn't bad though!

It is weird hearing her American accent I don't know. It kinda comes and goes. It took me ages to adjust to it but I'm still having trouble. Kudos to her for giving it a go though!!

I really have to pay attention to understand it. Will have to listen to the second episode again, because I nearly fell asleep last night...

I didn't find the play that interesting either but I listened to it all just to hear Nicola. I didn't realise she was playing the part of Molly at first because the accent confused me. She sounded so different at first that I didn't recognise her voice straight away and then I heard some of the Nicola-ness come through. I couldn't tell you half of what the play was about, it just didn't go in, but it was good to hear anyway.

I'm so glad it wasn't just me. The play really didn't interest me, both because of the genre, and because it was very confusing. I was far too tired to concentrate on it properly as well, but it was nice to listen to Nicola's voice. Though I prefer her with her own accent. Much prettier ;D
